RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to shop with confidence and flexibility, and so we offer a refund or exchange for change of mind on full-priced items (some exclusions apply, see below for details) within 7 days.
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number within 2 days of receiving your item to arrange for return. We will confirm the return delivery address and then must receive the item back within 7 days. Once the item is received will process the refund (minus shipping costs) within 2 days.
Returned items must be shipped at your expense and we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. We recommend you ship your returns to us using a registered, trackable and fully insured service.
Please note as we operate mostly on a drop-shipping basis, the return address for your item will depend on the location of the designer (which can be found in the product description).
We do not offer refunds on sale for change of mind. However we will accept exchange for another size or item subject to availability.
We generally do not offer refunds or exchange on pre-order and made-to-order items for change of mind. In some cases we can offer an exchange for a different size or item - contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, underwear, swimwear, hosiery and socks.FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS:
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, and in the event that the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days and we will arrange for a full refund including shipping costs. We can also offer to an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit. In the case of a minor fault, we can also arrange for repair or replace the item subject to availability.
Store credit is available in exchange for returned items and is valid for 3 months. It cannot be refunded for cash.
- All product prices are shown in Australian dollars and upon check out you will be charged in Australian dollars.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox immediately after processing your purchase - please contact us if you do not receive this.
- Once your order is processed you may not alter, change of address inclusive, or cancel an order without contacting Kinobi and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once items have shipped.
- We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
- Please note prices include 10% GST
We offer the option of creating an account with us during the checkout process. This enables us to streamline the ordering process for you in the future.
We also offer the option of joining our mailing list. If you choose to sign up we send out regular emails with our latest news, collection previews, special events and promotions.
Our store inventory is updated regularly, however due to the limited and one-off nature of many of our products, occasionally we may sell out of your chosen item. In this situation, we will notify you via email as soon as possible to discuss options for re-ordering or refunding the item.
For all clothing, please follow the care instructions on the inner label of the garment. If you are unsure, please email us at email@example.com.
Most items can be hand washed in cold or mild water - this is always the best option for both economical and environmental reasons.
The chart below is a rough guide for converting sizes on our womenswear range. Please note that sizing varies between different brands and designers depending on their individual fits. We try to note particular sizing details on each product page but if you are uncertain and would like to clarify any measurements or details please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering, we are happy to send you further details.
